About Globe// Sometime during my years at axis41, I made my first 3Dish looking sphere of shapes for an Agel website. This was back when 3D was brand new to Flash. I just had a dynamic amount of these Sprites all set in the same point in space, gave them a random x, y, and z rotation, and inside those Sprites I just shifted the Shape back in z space by 100px or so. It was super easy, but I quickly realized the downfall of using that hack, as you can never properly z sort those shapes. The sphere will always have a random looking layer effect.
After a little while as my trigonometry skills got polished, I realized I should revisit that for the challenge, and created this thing, will all the Sprites now being moved in 3D space and their x, y and z rotations being continually adjusted to offset their location.
